Creating successful teams is an art, not an accident. Gateway Student Development and the facilities of Waterhouse Center's outdoor training programs specialize in effective team development. Utilizing group problem solving and experiences , we teach skills in communication, group and individual problem solving, leadership and team development.

Gateway's training challenges you to leave your comfort zone and move into your learning zone. In an outdoor laboratory where you can examine existing behaviors and experiment with new ones, we help you identify and refine fundamental leadership skills. We help groups increase trust and support, add risk taking and then move to creative problem solving situations that put a premium on cooperative effort.
